Needing little in the way of an introduction, the 6138-8020 "Panda" is arguably the most sought after addition to every vintage Seiko collection. Finding unmolested original examples has nearly become an exercise in futility. The market is full of cobbled together goods rife with aftermarket dials, hands, tachymetric rings, pushers, and overly polished cases. You’ll find none of that here. This example from July of 1973 is phenomenal. It is in fantastic condition, and absolutely original aside from a replacement crystal.
